we are a traditional business with very old roots. punters bistro was established over 30 years ago, which made us one of manchester's oldest B.Y.O restaurants.

Tracy Spencer and Robert Evans have a wealth of experience and are the powerhouse behind punters with their infamous restaurant, outside catering and introducing the lunch club.

our buffets really do benefit from the quality of food prepared in our restaurant kitchen. we roast all our own meats and make all of our sandwich fillings from responsibly sourced produce.
